Hsieh Chia-Ying, Director
Committee Member
- Expertise in corporate sustainability, with backgrounds in engineering and business management, and experience in corporate governance and sustainability governance.
Lee Kang-Chieh
Committee Member
- Possesses professional knowledge and expertise in corporate sustainability, with practical knowledge and experience in corporate sustainability management, sustainability disclosure, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, and social aspects of sustainability management.
Lee Kuang-Ching
Committee Member
- Experienced in corporate sustainability management, sustainability disclosure, ISO 14064-1 GHG accounting, and stakeholder engagement.
The Company has established a Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors in accordance with relevant corporate governance and sustainability regulations. The Committee consists of three members appointed by the Board, who shall possess professional knowledge and expertise in corporate sustainability, with at least one director participating in its oversight. The term of the Committee members shall be the same as that of the appointing Board.
Responsibility：
-Formulate, promote, and enhance the Company’s sustainability policies, annual plans, and strategies.
-Review, monitor, and revise the implementation and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
-Oversee sustainability disclosures and review the Sustainability Report.
-Oversee the implementation of the Company’s sustainability practices and other sustainability-related matters as resolved by the Board.
Operations and 2026 Key Priorities：
The Committee shall meet at least once a year and may arrange additional meetings as necessary.
